OxyVinyls, LP manufactures polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resins and vinyl chloride monomer (VCM). PVC is the second largest commodity plastic after polyethylene. OxyVinyls headquarters is in Dallas, Texas.

OxyVinyls' annual PVC capacity of approximately 2.0 million metric tons (including its 50 percent interest in OxyMar's capacity), and its VCM capacity exceeds 2.6 million metric tons.

In addition to PVC and VCM manufacturing, OxyVinyls provides technology licensing and catalyst products. OxyVinyls has licensed its technology to more than 60 EDC/VCM and 20 PVC plants worldwide.
