polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resins and vinyl chloride monomer
(VCM). PVC is the second largest commodity plastic after polyethylene.

PVC capacity of approximately 2.0 million metric tons (including
its 50 percent interest in OxyMar's capacity), and its VCM capacity
exceeds 2.6 million metric tons.
