OxyVinyls' processes offer flexible configuration options, allowing the use of a wide range of feedstock properties, including: vapor, liquid or cell gas chlorine; polymer grade or impure ethylene; and oxygen from cryogenic or pressure swing absorption units.

The OxyVinyls process can also be configured to accept imports of EDC, HCL (from other processes) and chlorinated organic liquids from other manufacturing processes. Plants can also be configured to produce sales grade EDC for export.
